IMKANI is not a real estate agency or broker. We provide a digital platform that allows real estate professionals, owners, and buyers to connect and share information about properties for sale or rent.

IMKANI does not verify every listing and is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party information.
6. Advertising and Paid Features
IMKANI offers premium visibility options and advertising features for users and agencies.
Payments are securely processed through authorized providers such as Mollie, PayPal, or CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire).
All fees are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (EUR) depending on the user’s region.
IMKANI does not store payment information or credit card data.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, visuals, and written content on IMKANI.ma are owned by IMKANI Immobilier SARL or its affiliates.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the platform’s content without written permission from IMKANI.
