“Object” means a residential or commercial property listed for sale or rent on the IMKANI Platform.

A. Account data – name, email, password, phone (optional), profile details (e.g., home situation, preferences), saved properties (Objects), notes.

B. Service data you give us – messages and inquiries you send to agents or to us, reviews you leave, uploaded files, payment data for paid features (e.g., reports). In our apps we may process GPS data (with your consent) for map search and “current location.”

C. Technical data – IP address, device identifiers, browser type, cookies, and similar technologies.

D. Usage data – pages you view, searches you make, listings you save, and interactions with our emails or features.

E. Partner data – demographic or segmentation data from trusted partners to improve ad relevance and platform insights.

F. Feedback – survey answers, reviews, or bug reports you submit.

G. Communications – emails, messages, or social media interactions with IMKANI; call recordings if you contact us by phone.

H. Object data – photos, address, surface area, year built, and other property details.

I. Identification data – a masked copy of your ID (without personal number or photo) if needed to verify data rights requests.

How long we keep data

We store data only as long as necessary:

Account data: While active. After 90 days of inactivity, you’re logged out; after 3 years, your account is flagged as inactive, and deleted 60 days later.
Newsletters: Until you unsubscribe.
Agent reviews: Up to 2 years, or until you or the agent request removal.
Profiles (for personalization): Max 5 years.
Property listings: Up to 1 year after being sold or rented.
ID verification data: Up to 30 days after resolution.
Call recordings: Max 6 months.

With whom we share data

We share data only when necessary:

Agents and service providers (e.g., when you request contact).
Hosting, analytics, and advertising partners under strict contracts.
Advertising partners for technical delivery of ads (with consent).
Public data – listings and property details shown on the IMKANI Platform, emails, push alerts, or embedded frames.

Any stored personal data connected to your account

Your data will be removed within 30 days.
